Starbucks Raspberry Swirl Pound Cake is my most favorite loaf cake in the entire world. I first discovered it roughly a decade ago at a Starbucks on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. It’s the perfect summer cake with sweet raspberries and vanilla icing. I had my first piece of 2015 last night at a Target Starbucks before hosting the 2015 High School Journalism Awards. This cake always sells out and is just sweet enough to satisfy sugary cravings without completely sabotaging my diet.
Being a mother to a 7-month-old now, I truly look forward to my morning cup of coffee.
